My only concern is not rinsing the peeler parts after immersing in the soapy water. I *always* rinse my washing-up items in the hottest water available from the tap after using detergent.
The secret seems to be putting a lot of potatoes in at one time. The more potatoes, the more friction. Easy cleanup. Thanks for the video. A lot of negative reviews on Amazon, but I don’t think they were putting enough taters in at a time.
@@cynthiar7350 I'm jealous, Cynthia. Maybe they might start selling them here again. Would have came in handy for the 10lb bag of russets that I bought at Aldi's last week. lol :)
I could peel double that amount of potatoes in that time, my late mum showed me and thanks to her I can now peel like a ninja well at least if ninjas did peel potatoes, probably use a samurai sword, I prefer a big knife
to all the people saying they could do it faster: good for you, but there are people who have wrist and arm problems... or old people... or whatever... i could really get one of this macines... and please, rinse your plates and everything else after detergent!
June Dale Sorry, but I disagree. I have a Presto peel-a-meal and I use it for peeling potatoes all the time. It's very much like this one. I'd be lost without it. I HATE peeling potatoes!
This is the only review video that has got me considering one! Great review thanks
You are most welcome. glad that you enjoyed it

It looks like I will be done long ago with the 5 potatoes and I wouldn't have to clean machine parts for 10 minutes
I'd like to ask: do you have to hold the potato peeler? I would like it to work on it's own as I get busy with other things.

It's faster to peel those 5 potatoes by hand with no clean-up.
but my wrist hurts so much!
Why is it everyone has to show a box opened?
Probably only had it turned on for 1.5 minutes maximum xxx
Have this. The lid has a safety clip which takes longer to locate than peeling the spuds! I think you edited this video
Where can I buy one?
Just get mine at the Goodwill yesterday
IT tooks more time then to do it with your hands.
But so much easier.
I m thinking same, using of hands would be much easier rather then the machine.
Gee! i could of done this quicker by hand & not had the faffing about plus used no electric.

Technically wrong machine
Cleaning machine takes more time than peeling the potatoes.... not convinced
