*Hi,* *I am Pankaj. I bought this Marq 2 Ton Air conditioner. After 10 days, my AC's indoor blower Motor stopped working. Then, I contacted Marq customer care support. I explained my problem to them, and they said they would resolve it in a few days. I waited for many days, and every day I contacted the company to resolve my problem, but my AC is still not repaired. They always give a new deadline. I raised my complaint on April 17, 2023, and today is May 19, 2023,(1 Month completed) but still, no solution has been provided. The customer care support keeps giving the same repeated answer, saying to wait for 24 hours as a technician will visit my location, but no technician ever visits.* *Conclusion* :- *After-Sales Service is Worst as per my experience.* *Note* :- *After sales service differs area to area.* *Thanks* 👍

2020 mein 18,500 mein kharida tha same AC with card discount and it's working absolutely fine :) very nice AC and we usually service it by URBAN COMPANY once every year :) Bought it in 2020 May and 3yrs now without any issues. I would say must buy no issues at all.

Marq Ac 1 ton 3 star inverter, 1.5 sal hua, cooling bohut kam horaha hai, dopeher ki garmi me room ko 28C se niche temp nehi kam kar parahe hai, bad experiance. Iska outdoor unit ka condenser very small, only backside, no left side, single layer, jab ki voltas ya koi aur reputed brand ki 0.8 ton ki ac me bhi L type ki condenser hota hai, kisi kisi me to 3 star me bhi 2 layer condenser hota hai, taki cooling bahat jaldi kare. Kam dam ki chakkar me bahat bada galti kar diya, isse to achha hota aur 3-4 hazar lagake voltas ya kuch aur reputed brand le leta.

My inverter 1.5 T AC pcb failed in 5 years where pcb fault was there from past 4 years after warranty expired

We purchased a MarQ AC, but it's not working during installation.
It's been nearly 3 months with no response, and Flipkart is also not offering any support.
Don't buy waste condenser. Company will not provide free service. Gas leakage due to poor quality. till now filled gas by other mechanic 3 times.
