That shit with the Rashomon armor is a big part of what Dazai was trying to steer Akutagawa towards. The "straight damage" piece of Rashomon is it's _weakest_ component.
Mori Ogai ( the mafia boss ) ability Vita Sexualis takes a human form which he is attracted to...and it takes the form of a female kid ...so it's kind of a lawful way for him to indulge his fantasies...same with the " siblings " in the agency, they are most likely unrelated individuals who are into the same shit so staying together is a lawful way for them to indulge in it.
And thus comes to an end something that could very well be one of the best (sequel) seasons of anime with an incredible fight and an aftermath wrapping up everything that was to be addressed and setting up the next season spectacularly. I love the way they did the Dazai-Koyou conversation reveal here and the president's ability and Kyouka's official entry into the crew of the ADA. Everything comes full circle. THIS is how you do storytelling right
The ova is actually pretty cool as well. And it´s important to the plot as well since it introduces certain character that you see in S3. But I don´t know if you watched it.
