What this proves is that the interests of the people are not enough to enforce accountability, only the interests of corporations are. This is coming about because of a lawsuit by Dominion, not because of anything the government is doing of it's own accord through the agency of the justice department.

Can "Carlson" be sued personally for this? What charges can an individual bring? The DOJ won't do a thing IMHO.
That is an interesting question that is not easy to answer. Part of the answer is to question whether Tucker Carlson the media personality is a Fox invention or an invention of himself. He could argue that Fox made him do this, but that would also make him a soulless, spineless sock puppet that does what he is told paycheck after paycheck. If he would argue that what he tells online is of his own making, and that his network was OK with it, it might open a door to personal responsibility. The downside of that would be that Tucker Carlson admits that he is not interested in the truth, and that he is a total fraud (and some other things, but my decency stops me from calling those out). From what is out, we have to see how Dominion will proceed. That Tucker Carlson has a certain disregard for the truth is clear, but if it because he is told so, or for other reasons, we will see.
For me this crap with carlson parallels Alex Jones and his crap. So I'm thinking yeah. Brian Signick parents should sue carlson for the lies he spewed
