Renee, Score on the toys! So glad you went for it. That will be fun sorting. I think 🤔 the white opera guy glows in the dark. You can probably get 10 bucks for the box itself. And you asked for a price on the cards. So proud. You don’t always get the price you’d like but , once in awhile......never hurts to ask. Can’t wait to see all that’s in there. Thanks for sharing!

Just a rough guess But (conservatively) there must be like 200 toys in there. And the Ones you knew about I am guessing might fetch at least $10 (or more)in a Lot. 4 lots and you made your money back already. Good score.
*Plus the less valuable/desirable ones you can pass out to kids for free at the Flea market. Put the throwaways in a bowl and let the kids choose one. That will put a smile on a lot of kids faces.

Hey Renee-great score on the football box of figures. FYI-as tempting as it will be, please don't use a Magic Eraser on the toys. It will rub the finish off, causing dull spots and ruin the value of the toys. Ask me how I know LOL Clean with baby wipes, a washcloth with soap and water or even WD40.
You LOVE WEIRD stuff like I do ... LOVE the Teeth !!! I though the prices on the cards were way out of line! Glad that you passed on them. When you were digging through the toy box, I thought that those figures were worth quite a bit. Glad you bought them all!! It will take a lot of time going through the all the figures and putting them together and looking up the prices! THANKS FOR SHARING the TEETH!!!

At estate sales, it's the line at the door that dictates the order going at sale time. If there are numbers handed out at the door beforehand, then people can go back and sit in their cars to wait until the sale begins. The numbers are then called out.

"ONE MAN'S TRASH" I think is the channel name for a toy expert. BBDave uses him. I have no clue as a grew up with Tiny Tears,Amosandra and Ginny Dolls. I played with Barbie because I was enamored of her clothes. What a difference a few years make.
I was amused at you liking the little bag of quilt pieces. I sew, so I have half a basement full of totes of vintage fabrics.

Wish that box of cards would have been reasonable. Wonderful old cards. The tablecloth was wonderful. I went to an estate sale Friday, not much, but did get 2 fans for 10.00. The one in my bedroom is ready to be replaced. I took apart and oiled and cleaned and sanitized. They are much better than most sold today. Bought a new one and was so cheaply made, I returned. So Now I have a little one and medium that are very nice. I'm not opposed to doing that. Love all your adventures, thanks for sharing.💜💜
I have to get a fan for my room to serve as a "noise machine" once I remove my air conditioner for the summer... I have a neighbor who likes to vacuum at 1am in the morning and having an air conditioner running blocks out almost all the noise.

Lol! $5 for false teeth.....that’s a bargain. Put a couple of zeros behind it, and you pay that new. Effordent tablets wIll clean them. Get a small box and use the rest of the tablets to clean the grunge out of old vases and planters. I use some of my supply of tablets for estate sale finds all the time. Works like a charm most of the time.
The friend who is fixing your old radio lives in my area here in Oregon. Watched his video because you said you sent it to Oregon and when he mentioned a local radio station, I knew he was close. 😊. That is so nice of him to get it functioning again. I’ll be watching it’s journey.

Only Renee would " hunt teeth in the wild". Too funny. Put them in your pumpkin or a stuffed pair of pants and shirt ,add a hat for your front porch. Your story of the estate sale reminded me of the second time I went too the aquarium in Chattanooga. You go through a door and walk down a ramp to the bottom part of the aquarium. Everyone was lined up on the ramp and one couple was standing center of this huge glass looking at the fish. I just walked on passed everyone and took the kids down. It was the funniest thing I had seen in awhile. Then others got out of line to go watch the fish. Watched Buzz. He is hilarious. No other video like his!

If I'm not mistaken you're well on your way to making that $40 back. The Phantom of the Opera figure is definitely vintage. Possibly 70s or 60s but I have seen those go for 15 to $20. That was a good buy, good luck with them.

I have several sets of false teeth. I display them in a vintage glass jar in my bathroom. It's Granny Punk! According to Locker Nuts, you can sell single teeth on eBay but not the entire plate of false teeth, they will catch you. Not sure of the specifics on that though. I get mine at the bins.

I'm an old retired dental hygienist, and every I wouldn't buy teeth. Haha! But many years ago I did make, and wear, a pair of wisdom teeth earrings!

Old fake teeth were sometimes made with gold or silver. See if they're magnetic. If not, ck to see if they're gold or silver.
I liked the Halloween looking action figures in the toy box. I could see setting them up for Halloween , maybe attacking one of those big scarecrows. Or having a "Monster Mash".

Polident has fizzy tablets for cleaning. My husband uses it for his dentures 😉

You were trying to think of efferdent for the teeth. Also if you take Off insect spray to sharpie or magic marker it will come right off. It’s amazing it will even take sharpie out of clothes. 😲

Paper and Moose try it at least once, you will be amazed. Use the plain old off. My husband had a pen exploded in the dryer. I didn’t find it until it was baked on..... Off got it out. 😲
I never dreamed you could buy used dentures on ebay! I wonder if all the orthodontic retainers my son lost were actually stolen for resale. That might explain it.

Here in Michigan most sales have a numbers system for determining order for getting in a sale. Most often, a buyer comes super early (like pre-dawn) and hands out numbers on post it notes to other buyers as they arrive. On estatesales.net, the company running the sale will indicate if they honor these "street numbers." Then you can go home till the sale is going to start, go out for coffee, or whatever, and your order in line is assured. It can be a little confusing because, especially in the pre-dawn dark, it can be hard to figure out which car is handing out numbers. And it can get crazy having to guess how early you should go to get your number. But basically the system works better than any other I've seen, once you get the hang of it. And usually you only need to think about it if you're going on the first day of a sale.

@@nhcheyenne7919 For certain sales, it is. I check out the photos on the estatesales.net site beforehand to see if it's worth the time investment for me. I have a vintage clothing store so that's what I'm mostly looking for. Otherwise, I'm happy to go on the last day and pick through what other people overlooked...

Oh my gosh, that sitting in your car happened to me last week! People are so
rude, I was second in line, and more people came, then the people in first
car, just strolled right up, passing everyone, and stood at the front. If I had
been first in line, I would have said, No, try that at the post office, the bank
anywhere else, and see how far you get. PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE! If you are
in line first, then you are FIRST! Have you ever noticed, how RUDE some
people are at estate and garage sales? Just like its a free for all. When
I was younger, I never said anything when they reached in the pile I was
looking at, or stood practically on top of me to reach clear in front of me.
Now I am old, and that just does not fly with me. I have called out a
couple of people, and usually get the answer, oh I did not know you
were looking at that! Rude people need to be told they are rude! Sorry
there is right and there is wrong! I am not nasty, when I tell them, even
though, once in awhile, I would like to be harsh-I am not!

It is strange what you can find "in the wild". Once found a leaky ash urn in a Goodwill Bin!!! No buy.
Look up the football toy chest on Ebay. You might be surprised what they bring.
Great Video! The Phantom of the opera could have came from a mold-a-rama machine, Universal used to have them but they still have one at their halloween horror nights store, this year it makes Frankenstein.
