      Please listen, I speak from Spanish sorry if English is not well, but I’m a big football fan. -I’ve thought Mr. Skip kinda fueled the fire on Romeo Doubs but that’s irrelevant. Mr. Skip 11:30, you are 100% correct, we need a General Manager, no one will feel sorry for us Cowboy fans because Jerry is a passive owner all due respect. Too many excuses from that front office. We have so much talent and Dak is due a lot of money and is ethier $60 mil or an extended contract to keep or gain some pieces. Ego needs to be left on the table and Coach Bill hasn’t been in the market for 27 years so why not be the prisoner of the moment, which is rather be than the prisoner of another 12 win season and 0 post season wins. Wish all y’all a great year Mr. Johnson, Bossman Skip and Mr. Sherman.

      18:43 as a Cowboy fan. Thank you. Okay yes. Been saying Dan Quinn has been job hunting during each post season for the past 3 seasons. Man. All due respect this is not on us cowboy fans. It’s on the management and how they sell the world to us fans. I’ve humbled myself I tell you. 19:48 I’m done with 12-4 seasons and 0 postseason
      Pick up Pete and or Coach Bill and Harbaugh. Those chances are logical and this job is great for many coaches after they chose to switch careers. Problem is our GM, why because he’s our owner and owns the mics, all due respect.

      If you've been a lifelong Cowboys fan since the 70's like me, then you know in your heart it's Jerry Jones, who is the biggest problem.
      The reason New England, San Francisco, and Seattle, just to name a few, have been successful post-season is because their owners write the checks and let the coaches coach and talk. Their owners will talk when needed, but it's not after every game and days in between games like Jerry does.
      Jerry really needs to either step down or write checks and shut up like the successful owners do.

      I totally agree. Jerry Jones is not only an idiot, he's delusional and in denial. All you have to do is look at the results over the many years with the team. Jerry is the biggest control freak and encroacher to the team's dynamics and leadership efforts. As long as you have Jerry doing what he's obnoxiously been doing for the many, many years, this team will likely always remain dysfunctional.

      All the good coaches know Dallas is where good Xs and Os leaders of men are made to kiss Jerry' ego and become lesser...They have too much talent on the field to lose playoffs like this. Jerry feels he's entitled to play with his "toys" anytime and in any manner. As long as his thumb is on the scale, the league, his team, and viewers will have to endure 40% of sports-talk all about him and his drama! Talk about pressure on that team. He must really intimidate/aggravate the other owners, too... And I thought Aaron "the healer" craved attention!😂😂😂 "I would never accept advice from that Jerry. He's not the football-mind Al Davis was. AL fell-off nearing the end, but no one questioned his winning percentage! I agree with Sherm when he said that Jerry was even arrogant at the trade deadline. It should have been 100% obvious that we were light at LB (as we couldn't stop the run) and we were light in the backfield with Pollard (and whoever else you put back there) that we DID NOT have any running game to speak of. Glimpses and a few plays here and there, but nothing like it was last year. I know Zeke was on his downward descent but Tony either wasn't an every-down back or the offensive line couldn't open up those holes anymore or both.

    @smittyjones3357 10 месяцев назад +12

    I have been a Cowboys fan since 1965. I have seen all their SB wins. They have had ups and downs but this loss is clearly one of the most embarrassing games I have seen them play. They failed from the coaches down to the players. This season even though they played well, they also failed from coaching IMHO many times. I think it is time for McCarthy to be replaced along with the Def cord who didn't show up either. What McCarthy has shown is he will do good in regular season but chokes terribly in the playoffs. Bringing McCarthy back would be like watching the Titanic again and hoping the boat doesn't sink again.
    Jerry Jones ego has been the downfall of the Cowboys. Jimmy Johnson built the team in the 90's that won 3 SB's. After Jones fired Jimmy, the Cowboys with the exception of their SB win under Switzer, which Jimmy built has been a complete failure as far as winning a NFC championship and SB. All of the Cowboys problems lead to Jerry Jones thinking he is better and can achieve what Al Davis couldn't, nor do I believe he will.
    A winning equation in football terms IMHO are Championships NFC/AFC and SB wins. Jones on his own without a Jimmy Johnson is a complete failure. It is to bad his ego will get in the way of any success at a winning equation again and as a die hard Cowboys fan, it really sucks.
