As a concerned citizen, I am sharing my opinion that the Hydra decision made by the government is a positive step and should be implemented fairly, without bias towards any group or influenced by power. It must be equitable for all. However, I believe the following considerations should be addressed:
Citizens affected by the Hydra decision should be reimbursed for all legal fees paid to the government, including interest. At the time of registration, the government should compensate the affected citizens for the property’s value and allocate a comparable piece of land. Additionally, before any demolition occurs, an NOC (No Objection Certificate) should be issued by the going to affected citizens, confirming that all claims have been settled in favor of the affected citizens.
For those who acquired land, gained approval, and then sold these properties, the government should issue notices to recover any related funds. A third-party investigation should be conducted to ensure justice for all involved.
This is a government by the people, and it should work in a way that considers both sides, not just one.
These are simply my thoughts, without any intent to harm or offend anyone, be it the government, citizens, or party members. It's important to remember that some individuals have spent their entire lives building their homes, and becoming homeless overnight is a tragedy. When you cannot give, you should not take away. May no one face such injustices, as we are all accountable.
