Having a mental institution in such a small town guaranteed that the locals would all regard their getting jobs there as a birthright, regardless of qualifications or any particular tendency toward empathy or kindness. That sort of sh*t doesn’t lend itself to having a functional facility.

Now these places are called senior citizen housing, the abuse taking places in them. And I just learned there was another behavioral care center that opened up. The lady blame the "white man" was to blame that these individuals started doing drugs. I have to say that's BS!!! We all make choices in this life...
