Butter 5 grams 2. Outer layer I. White bean paste 200 grams J. Cooked glutinous rice flour 100 grams K. Hot water 100 grams Mix A to F in a bowl, add the milk in gradually. Mix until smooth. Can put the mixture through a sieve to achieve a smoother texture. On low heat, add the butter to the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes doughy. Separate the matcha filling into balls of equal size. Set aside to chill. Mix I to J in a bowl, and knead until smooth. Separate the dough and add food colouring as needed. Wrap the matcha cheese filling in the white dough, knead gently. Then put the combined outer layer and filling in a flower shaped mold. Follow the colour patterns per design. Use a tool to scoop out the front part of the cake, which is where the cat will go. Please note that *cooked* glutinous rice flour is not the same as regular glutinous rice flour. The latter cannot be eaten directly.
