That is sad. DNA testing should absolutely be necessary. Modern science knows genetic disorders are a real thing. Paternity fraud needs to be a criminal act because it harms the child as well as the husband.
First off I 100% agree with you. My GF is a Family Law Attorney. If the US were to enact mandatory DNA testing the results would most likely totally overwhelm the social services systems of the States so bad the Feds would not be able to help. It is thought that anywhere from 1 in 4 to 1 in 3 children born in the US are NOT the biological children of the man married to the birth mother. In all honesty, the divorce laws MUST be changed in the states that have removed adultery as grounds. Right now the average case of paternity fraud places the man in a situation where he gets his heart ripped out after discovering the truth, then gets his heart ripped out again when he speaks to an Attorney and is told he will lose his rear in the divorce. I would love to sum up my comments, but my words would get removed.

If they Attach your wages and you quit your job. If they send you to jail well, then go! It cost the state about $90,000 a year to house a prisoner.
If all of the fathers who are forced to pay paternity to a child that is not theirs threw up their hands up and said fine take me to jail! The state would go bankrupt in literally weeks! and then the government would be forced to provide actual justice. And that justice is the DNA father pays his way! No if's and's or but's.

My dad just found out his father isn't his father. Both of my grandparents are long dead but my grandmother always bragged the only person she slept with was her husband. DNA tests for fun need to hold people accountable.

OP honestly could not catch a break from losing his first love to even losing his mother it’s literally feels truly unfair that his wife did this to him and I’m not talking about the first one talking about the second one who literally had a baby with another man as that would definitely be a sensitive topic for me and there would be no going back.

My ex wife tried to stick me with her boyfriend's baby. Luckily when she tried to get me to take her back when she found out she was pregnant and wanted a breadwinner to take care of her I rebuffed her. Told her if she loved me she would not have cheated on me. To punish me she hid my kids from me for 5 years. Then when I forced her legally to allow me visitation I found out she had attempted to stick me with that kid and the poor child had been told I was his real Dad. I did not falter and told the boy that he is not mine and I had little to do with him.

I can relate to this story. I dated a girl when I was a senior in high school. I left for the military and she had sex with a playboy. Got pregnant and I thought it was mine for years. I didn’t know until she and her sister got into a heated argument which almost led to them fighting and the sister told me all. I had already divorced her but thought that the child was mine for 10 years. I won full custody of my kids do to her whoring lifestyle. My daughter ( at the time) had disrespected my mother and I was about to whip her butt. She said you’re not my dad and don’t hit me. Well, I wore that @$$ out, then called her mother and said come get your daughter.
As of now she can not live in my house. Her mother came, I told her what happened and until this day she has not slept one night under my roof. We don’t have a relationship anymore. I see her maybe twice a year by accident like in passing or my son is her visiting in town and has a function. That everyone attends.

I think in law they have a term, something like “fruit of the poisonous tree”; that means that everything after the illegal act doesn’t count. That’s what we have here, an illegal act, a betrayal, and everything after that, all of her decisions and motivations in the story, though understandable and sympathy inspiring, are born of that illegal act, and until she answers for that crime, nothing after can be used against OP imo. She had no character, she cheated repeatedly even in the marital bed, she lied, she conspired, she committed fraud all in the name of selfishness and her own desire. The cover-up became worse than the crime; if she had come clean in the beginning she might lost her husband or she might have been forgiven, but it was his choice to make, and she couldn’t even give him that so she basically stole 7 years from him along with any chance for a normal family…how selfish.
The Catholic Church doesn’t approve of divorce because they have their own process for separating, one of the reasons is in fact adultry. If you can prove your spouse did it you’re free.
I was thinking the same thing, adultery is one of the things that give you a free ticket to go out. I'm pretty sure there's not any other reason you can divorce.
@@athonyd293 the only other reason is if you were to lie/misrepresent yourself about things like previous marital status, job history (eg saying you are a doctor when you are not), vices like gambling etc
@@athonyd293abandonment is the only other reason I can think of for Catholics. My grandmother was abandoned with 3 kids by her first husband. Catholic Church gave her hell for a year but eventually gave her a divorce. But that was in the early 1930's.

I took one of these DNA test and over a two-year period I went from having DNA from Spain, England, Ireland and Scotland. Then bounced around eastern Europe and Germany. Finally, after two years it settled down to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Norway, Sweden and 5% central Africa. So, you have to take these DNA results with a grain of salt. I think all they really are is a way for the Govt to gather everyone's DNA.

There are some cases where relationships can be repaired after infidelity. I really think this would be one of them. But at the same time, repairing any relationship is always a joint effort and can only work if the betrayed partner can get past the betrayal. So at least he can't be blamed.

Loved this story! Very realistic and to the point. She cheated multiple times and God only really knows how much or bad it really was!!! She gets drunk then real horny ?!?!? The funny thing is that "23 and Me", showed I was half the world in Genetics including native American. It narrowed down to just Europe after 6 years for me. It was incredibly inaccurate on race back in the day. He would have had to have himself tested to prove that the DNA did not match to be positive in court.

So there I was watching this story that actually effected me twice with out the kids. Barb, my 1st Fiancée decided to join the Outreach to Prisoners. Well, guess GOD gave her signals to meet with one guy, get knocked up by him (Twice) and wanted me to accept it and help out after he skipped town, 7 years later, Jen a Science Major in College was in line to get her back blown out by a Chad. Both Barb and Jen were Christian Women, both used the Bible, The Church and the Pastor to pressure me to take them back..
