I did it - sub 1 minute lap on street tyres, F87 BMW M2, Baskerville Raceway 7 August 2021

I have long wanted to go under the magical one minute lap time at my local track. Proviso is that it had to be on street tyres. Done, and I seem quite excited about it and on a cold, sometimes wet and greasy day at Baskerville Raceway. Car is F87 BMW M2 2017 LCI with N55 motor and DCT. Car has MPower exhaust system, Scorpion downpipe, BMS intake and Precision Raceworks external coil packs on colder plugs. Bootmod3 Stage 2 tune, 98 RON fuel, no antilag engaged. BMW MPower coilovers (=custom KW V3 done for BMW), Goodridge braided lines, Motul RBF700 fluid, Serco M119 rear pads and Project Mu H16-03 front pads in AP9660 calipers with 376mm AP Racing floating friction rings. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres on standard M2 forged alloy wheels. Car has AGI half cage with Sparco ADV fibreglass race seat and Schroth Enduro 6 point harness. Datalog and video using Racelogic VBox HD2 with direct CAN connection to factory DME.

Impressive stuff, sub 60 secs in a street car is seriously fast, congratulations. Lucky the fellow in front can punt the Polo at speed, otherwise the celebrations we heard would have been a lot of cursing! Very close to slowing you down.
