I remember back when I was growing up, there was this recreation center called the Danger Zone that had this. A bunch of other kids and I would spend hours playing it. Oh the nostalgia.
thank you so much for uploading this. This was my drug back in the day. I havent thought about this game for a very, very long time. Didnt even remember the name of the game just small parts of it so i googled : "bugs game worm dog funky bug" XD
Este juego lo jugaba en La Sega Saturno cuando tenia 10 años !!! Que tiempos aquellos y que calidad de juegos eran estos, las nuevas generaciones deberian de jugar estos juegos.
I played this only once on a kiosk in a Target or Walmart back in 1996. The fact I still remembering this game and “Too” being correct spelling blows my 31 year old mind
Thank you so much for uploading this. I was never able to finish this extraordinarily difficult game as kid, especially since I never owned a memory cartridge for the saturn.
asta hesta But Saturn has some KB of internal memory to it (I always use it), you don't was obliged to have an external card to save progress like in PSX. Oo
asta hesta Nop... You must had some then, and a twisted one. All versions of this console had internal memory. SEGA itself said that in Saturn specs and i can confirm (I had an EU first, change for an US years later, and know people that played on JP version. I only use the cartridge slot for RAM card in games that need it). Sometimes i needed to change the clock battery behind console to continue saving my data, but is only it.
I nearly forgot about this game! I could only beat the first level once. Fun game, but very hard to complete. D: I love the music for the level select. It's awesome. :D Thanks for posting this!
IF you haven't tried it.. Play Astal. It was co-op side scroller platformer. One of the few games I've owned and was done very well for the Sega Saturn. Another is Clockwork Knight
Do you have to use a certain program to get it to play? And also, where can you find a list of games compatible with this? I have one like it and it seems to enjoy glitches and not want to play games
Okay, I'm using an emulator on this friggin game. Which button on the Sega Saturn would make Bun run? Because on the emulator, I can't get past the second level with the crushing block. frugggggg.
@@hollyholy641 It'll work but it may require a code and if so I'm unsure of where to get those. I got the cartridge from Amazon and it had a detailed description of how they work. Good luck.
Areil H There's a PC version that runs on Win95/98. I think if you can run these systems in a VM you could play (I have it and tried on WinXP some years ago, but doesn't work). The console version is very funny, but unfortunatly my Saturn is dead =/
The nostalgia is strong with this one.
No-one gets ever gets me when I talk about this game.
man, the Saturn had so much potential, I still think it had better graphics than the psx, too bad it did'nt have the 3rd party support it deserved.

This game kicked my ass when I was a kid.
You're not alone.
Bro, it wasn't a collective fever dream
I remember as a kid when i was so excited to see that my dad got this with my lil bro.
thank you so much for uploading this. This was my drug back in the day.

today's kids probably never heard of this game sad
But they know Sonic. This was a product of Sega of America too, so it has less of a chance of appearing on Sega of Japan's radar. :/
this brings back sweet memories. omg. i feel old now.
the game looks fun and the music is so well made. Sega had some good games
I LOVE this game!

asta hesta But Saturn has some KB of internal memory to it (I always use it), you don't was obliged to have an external card to save progress like in PSX. Oo
you must've owned a different version of the saturn because I could never save anything.

I used to live for these CGI cutscenes

Nevermind, It was Adam Carolla (Via Mr. Birchum.)

Joguei muito esse game! Bela nostalgia!!
Juegos de las primeras remesas de Saturn , y ya mostraba la supremacía de esta consola en las 2D .
Did the graphics really look like this..? I also remember the music sounding more disco...
And Bug's real name is Mushi.
What is that weird reversing grumbling sound the zombie bug made at 2:56?
Do you have to use a certain program to get it to play? And also, where can you find a list of games compatible with this? I have one like it and it seems to enjoy glitches and not want to play games
When consoles were great...

Every time I buy this game from ebay it doesn't work!! Ugh I just wanna replay my childhood. #Please
Maybe you need the action replay cartridge? I had to buy one for mine to work because I recently bought a Japanese Saturn from eBay.
123Me would that work with an American system?
@@hollyholy641 It'll work but it may require a code and if so I'm unsure of where to get those. I got the cartridge from Amazon and it had a detailed description of how they work. Good luck.
And who are other games on that cd?!?!?Please tell me....I think that i played the same thing that you are...
BHX. The Bugs Are Listening
THX. The Audience Is Listening

Astal is shit IMO...too damn slow for a platform game.
