My cousin who kept me moving on as a child committed suicide, this song is what reminded me of him a lot. Most of my family moved on after his death, but I am the one who got mostly affected of his death. But listening to his music after his death is what I am still trying to move on, but there are times where I just need to lie down and cry, and knowing he's not there for me this time. But it's a lot harder this time where I need to get myself up and think about what he have told me before and move on. I found out today that the stroke my father suffered has damaged his cognition, causing him to be violent and aggressive towards me and the rest of my family. I'll never forget the moment when he had the stroke, he told me that he couldn't be more proud to have such a beautiful son. The father i love is a shadow of his former self now, the man i loved has died, but i'll never forget those words. A stone will bleed blood for those who touch it the most.
