June 8th 2022 has brought much needed buffs to Revolt Aim, namely: PP cost reduced to 20 (from 25) Hitbox matches the aiming reticle (much easier to land it now) You can now step-cancel the attack at any point before shooting (much easier to survive with it incase you whiff). ruclips.net/video/hrbB8TH17kE/видео.html
All because people in the Ranger Community spammed Rifle Normal, Blaze Shot, and never Blight Round properly or even ever For real tho, its soo easy to understand, probably easier than explaining the new Partizan and TMG PA despite being harder to use To think there are people saying this is a "Bad PA" when its nowhere being bad, if anything it pretty much make Rifle not bad anymore on Single Target Doesnt replace Fear Eraser, just makes Rifle Good, same how Divine Impact doesnt replace Homing Shot it just makes Launcher Good
Is revolt really better than fear eraser when the boss is at break stage in eq? Because the finishing explosion of fear eraser deals a lot of dmg too. I really want to see overall dmg comparison of revolt and fear when boss at down stage , especially in eq
You do realize Fear Eraser main damage isnt the final hit? But the fact that it can hit for big damage at a long time, the Final Hit kinda just exist Also, the video litteraly just show most of your damage comes from Blight Round Boost soo good luck trying to make Fear Eraser Hold for 16 Seconds without it gone
It's a situational case; Revolt Aim looks better on-paper, but Fear Eraser's strength comes from its consistency against bosses (especially during downs), and not the final hit of it. There's Revolt Aim vs Fear Eraser frame data, courtesy of a fellow math person from the ARKs Fleet Discord: i.imgur.com/NfQURpH.png For reference, the top section is Fear Eraser, very bottom is Revolt Aim. Generally if you're too far away and the boss is about to go down, then you'd rather Fear Eraser than risk losing DPS running up to the boss to Revolt Aim, but this comes at the cost of losing debuff upkeep if you're the only Ranger.
@@zenora4028 ah I see, this is what I had been curious about. thanks so much for the data. I can see how much dmg different now. Wow, actually losing alot when use eraser. I should practice more to use revolt then Yeah, distance problem definitely happened to me sometimes at eq and purple, especially on lenus lol.
@@RenoKyrie umm actually I dont need to place another weak bullet when the boss is at break stage at eq, I just need to do it at the beginning when boss down and its always stay at the boss's weak spot until the break stage is over. So its not really about wb time, Well im not talking about solo run ofc lol,
@@potatopota2152 Definitely a good habit to reapply the debuff at the start of breaks, but sometimes your bullets are on cooldown when the break happens; that's where Revolt Aim shines better if you need to re-apply mid-way.

That is some snappy and stylish editing, holy shit. 2 minutes of video, but many more of rewinding to take in every little detail
Very good video formatting. Short explanations with visual examples and no nonsense in between.
you make ranger look so cool
Revolt is great! Figuring out when you can use it safely on bosses outside of downs is a lot of fun and can be really effective!
Oh hey its my character

Pretty good info... in labyrint I don't have much time to use launcher, I need more use rifle with revolt aim.
There are some Stages where Divine Impact could do better job than Homing at least mobbing wise
But since Divine is bugged for now.....
