The best view is on the top of the building you will get a 360 view. Boracay fireworks also good multiple floating fireworks in the middle of the beach. Actually entire Philippines do the fireworks display and firecrackers not just Manila you can try different new location each year, each city or islands have its unique new year. Some city might have a few fireworks but have the most loudest new year due to multiple and massive firecracker.
Nice content Lynn~! lookign forward for more review videos. It's a fresh new start in 2025! PS: you're more full of emotions when delivering reviews and it feels great to watch :)
Filipinos make noise during New Year’s celebrations as part of a long-standing tradition rooted in both cultural beliefs and superstition. It is believed that loud noises, such as fireworks, firecrackers, blowing horns, banging pots and pans, or even shouting, help drive away negative spirits, bad luck, and misfortune. This practice aims to ensure prosperity, happiness, and good fortune for the coming year. The tradition is a blend of indigenous beliefs and Chinese influence, particularly the idea of using loud sounds to ward off evil spirits. Over time, it has become an integral part of Filipino New Year festivities, symbolizing a fresh start and positive energy for the year ahead. 😊 Happy new year, Lynn!
Happy New Year🎆 Lynn and to your wonderful family.. thank you for sharing your New Year experience in the Philippines. Actually, according to our beliefs that fireworks and making loud noises will drive away Bad Luck. A culture shared to us by Chinese. And the english word for "Torotot" is HORN😊 Anyway, it's astonishing to see how you grown into a very pretty young lady with a kindest heart and sharing or showing a very nice video content which we, filipinos love❤. Keep it up and God bless you and to your beautiful family😉
we filipinos believe in new year that the more noise you made the more blessings you will get for the entire year that is why we made new year more noise such as car and tv maximum volume singinging in karaoke and many more hehehe😍😍😍😍
Yes, Boracay would be a great spot to enjoy the fireworks. I can see how relaxing it would be to sit on the beach at the shoreline and watch bursting fireworks casting light on each of the waves rolling in, excitedly filling them up with many vibrant colors. But if you want to enjoy the most breathtaking fireworks displays, I recommend watching them from a high-rise building in either Cebu or Manila, so that you can feel and take in the full intensity of New Year's Eve from as far and wide as the eye can see. 😉
Its okay if you super noisey its mandatory at new year hahaha shout as you can.and scream unlimited as you can.thats the spirit of new year here in philippines .
😩☝️ Lyn torotot is trumpet or "blow horn"☺️...lyn pls come to Cebu this January 18 to 19 for Sinulog festival come join the Cebuano celebrate the festival..😊
Petition for making a "Getting to know more about me" video. If you already had one in the past, I think this is the right time to have an update. It would be great if you could make one. 🤣😂 No pressure babe! I know you can do it.😂😂
Great reaction video? Did you and your family do “Media Noche”? It’s a Philippine Tradition where certain dishes are served and eaten at midnight to welcome the New Year and for Good Fortune. We eat Food like noodles, baked ham , fish , rice cake like Biko and round fruits just to name a few.
The reason why fireworks are widespread is following the traditional belief that you can drive away bad luck for the coming year by making a lot of noise. The louder the better. Thats the reason why pinoys use fireworks, torotot, boga, etc. Fireworks were more insane many years ago, and now simmered due a government campaign to regulate its use.
@lovelynn_0422 you are most welcome Lynn. Also, come next New Year celebration, it is tradition to celebrate a feast to be shared on NY eve or at midnight. Together with 12 different round sweet fruits like orange, longan, watermelon, etc. This tradition originated from a chinese feng-shui. Perhaps this year you can make NY celebration different for your family.
You will have more freedom living here in the Philippines. I wonder if your family is thinking about dual citizenship? hehe. Anyways, here's a tip since you are still in Manila. If you want to watch fireworks, SM Mall of Asia have fireworks feature every Friday and Saturday Night. 😉❤😘💋. BTW, your English is noticeably good. Well done. Keep improving.😘
