Hi sir in which country are you working?
Those control levers look a bit uncomfortable to operate for prolonged periods. They're too high, therefore the operator's forearms are not resting on the control panel, as in a lot of other cranes.
Yes, the levers are not as comfortable as Potian's new or Liebherr's new levers

No not at all, nice machines from reputable manufacturers
The idea of sitting in there in high wind while pitching and yawing to and fro gives me pelvic pain.
- Its relaxing. But sometimes just feel sea sick when you get home in the evening
Everyone should at some point go up in a crane and feel the feeling
Maybe a silly question but why take off your shoes?

It probably depends on country, city, company, working hours
