Aye atleast he avoided eating the ice cream with soy sauce💥
1 tablespoon sesame oil
▢2 teaspoons garlic, minced
▢1 teaspoon ginger paste
▢1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
▢4 cups chicken stock or broth of choice
▢4 cups water
▢1/4 cup soy sauce
▢5-6 leaves baby bokchoy, chopped or left whole
▢4 packs of ramen noodles throw out those seasoning packets!!
▢salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
▢1 pound grilled chicken, sliced
▢2 soft boiled egg, halved
▢1/4 cup green onions, sliced
▢sesame seeds, for garnish.
Add the sesame oil into a large pot and heat over medium heat. Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes or until softened.
Pour in the chicken stock, water, and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the boychoy and simmer for an additional 2 minutes to soften the leaves.
Remove the pot from the heat. Place the ramen noodles in the hot pot of broth. Allow the noodles to sit for ONLY a couple of minutes until they loosen and soften up. The noodles will soften quickly, so this should be done right before serving.
Divide the ramen, veggies, and broth evenly into bowls.
Top the ramen with sliced grilled chicken and soft boiled eggs. Garnish with toppings of choice and enjoy!

Their reaction to the oreos with sour cream legit was surprising, I thought that wouldn't go down that easily.
I use sour cream as the dairy base for my cheesecakes when I'm using chocolate in the recipe. The cream cheese makes the cake too rich for my palate and the sour cream balances it perfectly. Just have to add extra sugar to make it bind better.

@@Aydin_2005 yup cream cheese is normally the base(invented by the French go figure) but I substitute for a really dense sour cream sometimes because I'm not much of a sweet lover. It takes practice to do it with sour cream though so I would not recommend attempting this unless you are an experienced baker. Cheesecake is one of my favorite confections to make. First is cookies, second is Bavarian creme pies, then cheesecake.

Iv tried the cheese powder with ramen and it's actually pretty good. Shrimp is good only for the first bite but after that, it's kinda ass. Chicken however is a bit better, I wouldn't eat a lot of it though but I would eat a small portion of chicken ramen with cheese powder. I haven't tried beef but idk if I will cuz I don't wanna waste food lol

Tip for those wanting to open any jar like a jar of pickles, squeeze the sides of the lid and it’ll easily come off.
there is a bit of nuance to juice in cereal. any fruity or neutral type of cereal is generally good with any fruit juice. my go-to is apple but oj works fine too. the chocolatey cereals are where you start to go into riskier territory bc chocolate cereal doesn't combine well with fruit juices. idk why that's the case but it is the case.
