Man thanks, but can I do the same if I shot a video of a person giving an interview with a white background and there is a shadow cuz of specifics of lighting?

You can try with a small section and see the results. In my experience sometimes works and sometimes looks weird.
I can't select the after effects option on the menu? How can I fix that, please?
1st question should be: Do you have After Effects Program? Some Adobe bundles do not include this software. If that is the case you either have to purchase it ir upgrade to a subscription bundle which include After Effects. let me know if my answer was helpful

@@Ewan-Argo might be an issue with the adobe system I would upgrade both Premiere pro an After Effects and if the problem persists. Call Adobe Support. They will walk trough the problem remotely and fix it.
