    My g/daughter is a ninth grade thrower.
    We workout on Saturday mornings.
    She will be in your Tucson camp next Summer,
    possibly over the Christmas break this year, too.

    Prayer stretch, 3-5 pass throughs
    Prayer stretch, think about stretching the pec.- reps N/A
    Rotating presses with Powerlastic band- basically standing throw drill with band.- reps N/A
    Tricep/lat stretch. Band on opposite foot of hand. I.E. left hand right foot, right hand; left foot
    PVC pipe bar hold
    Sit hips back at top.
