- Where are Trump’s family members at his historic criminal trial? Eric Trump was the only family member to show up. It comes as NBC News reports Trump grumbled he needed more support at trial. Former federal prosecutor Joyce Vance tells MSNBC’s Katie Phang she has never seen anything like this and believes the lack of family support, including Melania’s absence, “sends the jury a message.” Phang is also joined by Adam Reiss and Hugo Lowell, reporters who were inside the courtroom and political strategist Adam Parkhomenko. The panel also weighs in on whether Donald Trump will testify.

it may be that Melania, being pregnant and hounded by her hound husband was quite happy to let him get it on with the two bimbos so she didn't have to. Well I do care about whether Trump gets in legal trouble or not. If our country wasn't already a pretty bad place, there's no reason to let a guy who only knows how to make it worse wander around in public. I care about whether Trump is incarcerated or left out. And I actually find it unfair for the Secret Service that he would be protected in his cell.
I normally an a prison reform advocate and a conscious objector against traditional punishments, but I have exceptions, and Trump one of the biggest ones. He shouldn't get what he deserves, but many times more. It's quite unfortunate that we're locking up non-violent offenders who only need help while we're allowing a guy who wants to promote violence make public appearances.
She does care in this case, and that's why she's not showing up. Good for her - she won't stand by him in this garbage.
