The icon was created in the "Holy Trinity Icon Workshop at the Sumy Diocese"
Icon of the "Prophet John the Baptist".
The icon was made for the Molchan female convent of the "Nativity of the Blessed Virgin" in Putivl
The size of the icon: 120 * 80 * 4 cm.
The writing of the icon of the "Prophet John the Baptist" using the technique of carving on gesso molding gilding inlay with stones chasing the enamel temperament letter writing with the created gold.
"Holy Trinity Icon Workshop at the Sumy Diocese" manufactures icons to order in different styles of writing: school or academic. Also, Workshop uses rare and forgotten methods of making icons.

А Вы золотите на мордан?возможно такую резьбу на полимент позолотить?
Это вызолот на мордан.На полимент тоже можно вызолотить.
Какая толщина левкаса?
толщина левкаса - 4 мм
А как исправляется если при ошибке?

@@Sumy_icon11111 НА ЭТАПЕ РЕЗЬБЫ ПО ЛЕВКАСУ.
@@user-tm7hy6dr5c ошибки в резьбе -исправлять очень проблемно, можно конечно подложить левкас, просушить и сделать новый срез ,но лучше для иконы -быть внимательным .
