I really liked the video, but I would agree with others that you need to slow down and really "show" the places. You're moving too fast to get a good look. Excellent job otherwise!
Just found your channel (subscribed). Funny story I currently live in the i5 (saw my window in your video ☺️) and I also viewed the 2br condo unit 1 on Maryland Ave last winter… it’s currently off the market 😔
H street was where i moved to from Texas. But the siren noise in that area was too much to bear. I moved to a different area of NOMA and it was much better.
@@aaronblackmon5520 yup, the fire station on the intersection of Florida ave / H street & benning can get noisy. How are you liking living in DC so far?
Say man, I am pulling for you like all of your other supporters, so here is some constructive criticism for you so you can produce better videos. You are moving too fast and you are not showing the bathrooms enough. When you showed that second balcony you breezed right past the shower, and it was hard to tell it was a bathroom. I would suggest to fix that simply stand in the bathroom door and show the toilet and shower/bathtub for a few seconds. Another good idea is when you call out an amenity, don't just say it, but also SHOW it. In that last unit you said it had quartz countertops, but you didn't show what they look like. I know there could be other things going on, and you are not a professional videographer, and we all learn everyday. I write books and even though I am quite good at it, I still improve all the time. This is all love and meant to help you improve the videos so they go from good to great. Otherwise good job and thanks for the video.
That constructive criticism doesn't stop me from tuning in though. To give you an idea, personally I prefer your videos with commentary over the videos that have very high quality videos, but no narration. The point is I also watch those type of videos even though I prefer the realtor to narrate what is going on. Your video quality is good, as in good enough, but you also offer narration and insight where some others only offer a quality video and music, no narration. Sometimes the viewers can get confused about the layout if there is no narration, only quality video and music. So I'll take good quality videos with good narration over high quality videos, music, and no narration. Either way we are learning and that is also what it is all about.
Agree with the comments. I like your videos and commentary but sometimes you show things so quickly and you spin around a space so fast it makes me dizzy. 😂
C native here. DC is better suited for wealthy single men with no kids, and wealthy single barren women. Prices are insane per sq ft, and school system is disastrous. City not for kids, you will need even more money to bus them to a private school in Virginia somewhere. You also cannot retire here, unless you have millions coming in still, or a trust fund baby. DC,NY, and CA are all the same now price wise. Highly inflated.
Who would buy a condo on Maryland Ave in that area its the damn ghetto, walk one block and you have a bunch of drug addicts just hanging around. You were also pointing toward Benning Road and not H Street. Wheres the garage on the 9th street house ?
The decline of my hometown…this is becoming a place for a certain salary like NY and Cali. I make an okay living wage, but they’re moving us Washingtonians out year by year with these high rent new buildings.

The word of the day, everyday, is sirens.

Looks like I've been on fast-forward mode! I'll hit the brakes next time.

What about property taxes in DC vs MD?
Surprisingly, property taxes in DC tend to be lower than quite a number of counties in Maryland
Maryland taxes tend to be higher than DC overall but the level of services tend to be better as well.

@@mialar Given events of recent days, that rant is giving JD Vance vibes with the “childless cat ladies” spiel…..

They put up some many buildings close together nobody really has a view anymore. Lmfao. It's horrid.
do you live in one of those buildings?
