I mean, I agree, but off all the Foxtrots on the show I've seen, the best goes to Joe and Dianne's (coincidence, it was Halloween last too) because the choreography and acting and storytelling was perfect and at least it was constant, Michelle and Giovanni stopping put me off a bit.

Gio was absolutely gorgeous in this, he suits Gomez perfectly! And Michelle was incredible, totally in charge and had Gomez in the palm of her hand, just like in the movie!
It looked like Angelica Houston just took to the floor. She's back! Her hold is impeccable, she's either a natural in ballroom or excels at her training. (9)
Great swing and sway, great heel turns, great acting, lots of elegance and style, great flow and grace, lovely footwork and great frame. After a few lacklustre weeks Michelle is back with a bang. Probably the best dance of the series so far, very impressive. Love it so beautiful and Halloweeny. Probably as good as Joe's last year. Great posture and travel across the floor. It really was a sublime number. *10/10*
Everything you said sounded convincing until you compared it with Joe’s dance. Then you lost credibility I’m afraid. Joe was not a good dancer. The best that could be said for him was that he got better than he was at the start, which was excruciatingly bad.
@@dajtoad1 I thought Joe did really well for a non dancer and produced a wonderful Foxtrot. The judges agreed with me and give him a 35 so I wouldn't say he was excruciatingly bad considering his lowest score was 26 but each to their own
@@pennyandfishy7241 They were being kind to him as a non dancer and making allowances. They have to adjust scores to take into account experience, or Joe would never have scored above 20. He was competing against accomplished dancers. There is a distinction between being genuinely good and being good given your circumstances and starting level.

Joe's Foxtrot was great performance wise and better than Michelle's performance wise so it is just as good despite Michelle being better technically. I think you're getting upset for no reason. This was 1 year ago so why should it matter to be honest
So many reasons to keep watching this dance, from Michelle's brilliant dancing, Giovanni's choreo (and both of them playing the characters SOOO well), the musicians and singers were excellent, the stage, lights - everything was bloody amazing!

From (0:50) onwards, do you know how crazy it is to have sway in a Ballroom dance from a celeb like this? I've literally danced against pro-am dancers who don't have this in their Waltz nevermind Foxtrot. Her Frame and Head positioning are brilliant. 10 from me.

The whole number was OUTSTANDING!! Really great acting from both Michelle and Giovanni. Her musicality was fantastic, her top line and her frame were absolutely TO DIE FOR, it had a sensational sway, her footwork was almost flowless and the quality of this foxtrot was almost like a competitive routine. I have almost nothing to say. It would have been flowless to me if she would push her toes even more into the floor while stepping backwards, but other than that it was a SENSATIONAL ROUTINE. It had a little bit of pure comedy, a tad of sass, such a gorgeous top line and footwork... and that sway... almost perfect. A 9.
Fifth time rewatching, absolutely did the iconic movie & tv show justice here.I was hoping they would do a tango or first Argentine T of the series but this was perfect! Craig should have given a ten but what a highlight! Overall I was a bit disappointed by the Halloween dances but Michelle & Gio really were a treat tonight 💜

I love Michelle, great performer and dancer. It was the perfect routine , song and costume. Still love Anton and Emna to win overall though doubting they will.
I think Emma and Anton could well make it to the final though if they keep improving the way they have been recently! I think Kelvin and Oti will win easily tbh, which is a shame imo because while Kelvin is obviously very good, based on the shows so far I think Michelle and Karim are both better dancers, and performers
