Yea i would definitely recommend a walk behind like a kubota skid steer they work well. Good luck bro, can’t wait to see the finish track😉👍🏼💯great content
Hey man, i feel ya!! Working alone is a drag, but just gives you more creativity, and hopefully a full nights sleep. You were onto something (i think) with the tire, but if you JUST used the rim, the chain would be recessed, lower center of gravity, AND if you laid the tire down, stood the rim up in the tire, set the chain, and then pulled.... Well not hard to imagine, but POP! Out goes the stump. I hope you didn't buy that toy to pull weeds lol. Thanks for the ideas though, and great video! Thanks man! I never sign in to leave comments. but had to., if only to let you know you are not the only one working alone, as if you believed you were anyway, and it is a shame most won't ask for help, but we all help when asked.
Would probably work if you did one route to a Time LOL and it probably wouldn't have been the end of the handle where the hook is attached to it if you would have put that in the center of the hook instead of running the pin off to one side that is making a twisting motion
Mate in Ozze we call that a star picket puller. Don't know who told this drop kick you could pull stumps with it.... haven't seen anything so funny in ages...🤔🤣😂😀😎
You forgot about the roots that are pretty well into the ground. Something that flimsy isn’t going to cut it bud. You should have rented a proper stumper grinder and just chewed em all up!
If you plan to do a lot of work it might be easier to rent a little mini excavator. Make life pretty easy. If you can drive and rc you can run machine well enough to pop out those tiny stumps.
You can rip that big stump out with your truck Dont worry about the tire and dont hook to your hitch ball hook to something more solid And giver the beans
I have never been first on youtube comments in my life! 😆 those stumps are wildly tough. I had to use my truck to try and clear out a spot behind my house. It was a nightmare. Finally I had to just cut the rest out and fell a tall tree down I to a nearby parking lot. Hope to see your track get done this year. Good luck man!
It's kinda funny you showed this today because just the other day I was sitting here looking out the window at some of our trees and thinking man, that must be some huge root structures out in the side yard. To see you pulling those big roots off small trees just made me laugh. No wonder my Dad used to swear when tree roots would get in the septic system, it kinda makes you wonder how big those roots really are underground. Thanks for the update, I can't wait to see the finished track.
Tree roots reach wider, than tree's canopy. They dont go very deep. The are deeper close to trunk, but as they spread wider, they mostly go close to surface. If a tree is few tons, then you have close to that under ground. No other way around it.
Never stood a chance. Watch a video of men using horses and 40’ logs for cantilevers to pull stumps. I’ve got 50 pounds on you and would’ve laughed if someone handed me that and said pull stumps or fence posts that are more than a couple days old.
Technically it _does_ pull the stump, just not out of the ground!
Lmao🤣

That thing Sir, is a dog egg. Return
Give me a big enough lever and I'll move the world. Not big or strong enough... ha good fun watching though.

Yeah, that’s horrible. Junk. With Amazon you can always get your funds back!
Might pull some fence posts 😆

That won’t hurt the truck, I’ve pulled 20k lb truck/trailers full speed buried in sand for years lol
Needs a longer stronger handle and a bigger platform on the bottom so it don't sink into the ground
Yeah that thing seems like junk. Probably easier than using a bumper jack for t posts but otherwise junk.
Giving yourself extra work with that thing involved.

We grind stumps at work and it’s amazing how big and deep they go down!
Man I was hoping that would work. I have some I gotta get up too
Borrow or Renting a mini digger would be ideal for this situation if possible
Bummer.. not that good product😬😬😬
Bought a pickup that does, in fact, pick up stumps. 👍
The main problem is the color, it would work better if it was Green or Blue!
Where can I buy one of your T-Shirts
Winch and snatch block or to would pull those. #jeeplife 😎😜
Well that was a bummer, cool upload
More appropriate name: Small Carrot Picker
lol we use these as post pullers, not stump pullers, big diff
A for effort. that thing sucks
I would send that back. Your Ford Truck does better 🤗

A Hi-Lift Jack with base plate would work better than that thing

What a beautiful property
You said it doesn't come with instructions but you sat the instructions right beside your hat...still sealed up in the bag ???
That wasn’t instructions. It was the safety warning sheet.
you get "A+" for the effort. Lol.
oh my gosh what a POS! Thanks for droppin this review, RC related or not, it's GOOD knowledge!

It helps if you dig around the root ball an cut a circle around the root ball with a shovel or machete.
Great video can’t wait for the next track update

all that money you give Traxxas you could have paid someone to grind them for you
