Just the feeling of seeing someone who once was your partner moving on to a happier chapter, can enrage a former partner badly. It seems she wasn't convinced that Kimani loved her, maybe because she was left by the father of her son. Even if Kimani had a child in Dubai, she called him over and he came and got married with her, and he bonded well with her son. That was something they could have talked over without much ado.
