I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@August-Felix That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@Mathilda-Adele My advisor is Victoria Carmen Santaella;
You can look her up online
@@August-Felix The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
“What you should probably ask yourself is who do you feel you’d want to spend the last day of your life with, and then start figuring a way to meet them tomorrow, and meet them as often as you can. Why wait until the last day ?”
That was beautifully put.
"and don't bother with the others"
that was a WOW! answer.
“He went everywhere with his mind”.
Such a deep understanding and respect this duo had for one another. RIP Charlie
I was fortunate enough to observe a stockholders meeting 25 years ago. I then took my retire funds and put them in Berkshire shares. Now retire has two fundamental advantages to me: still alive at 82 and never experienced poverty.
Congratulations 🎉
Congratulations. Sounds like you've made good choices.
You can hear the pain and sadness in his voice
93 yr-old richest man on earth answers a question from a kid sincerely, this is why America is the greatest country.
Absolutely so. Warren primed me to cry and you put me over the top
💩
In my life i first thought communists are great ,and mixed economy is best for people ,
I also fool by slogan of the people,by the people and for people
But now i understand capitalism ,and usa are truly best for people
💩💩
This has nothing to do with america .
This kid came in clutch. Was hoping for an emotional tribute
Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking the bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part.
Am I the only one emotional hearing this man speak? What a legend; what a person
I hadn't shed a tear over Charlie's passing, until now.
👍👍
Charlie and Warren One of the greatest investors. More than money, one of the finest people.
RIP Charlie
Mr. Buffett and Mr. Munger are the definition of national treasures! Thank you both for your service! RIP, Charlie!
rest in peace, charlie :(. We learned a lot!
I'm so proud of you Andrew for coming up with such a wonderful question and having the courage to ask it! Bravo! And Warren's answer is a treasure- what an incredible person Charlie was, and this shows how perfect of a friendship and partnership they had!! We miss you Charlie!
"why wait til the last day?" indeed
Seeing Warren up on the stage without Charlie breaks my heart a little. Respect to these two legends.
Dad didnt get to ask himself so he sent his son, so noble
Legendary !
Jurgen Klopp: “Goodbye would not be tough if the time you had together was not worth it, so it’s really tough because we had a great time together.”
Obvious but still well put.
Never thought I would get to read a klopp quote on a Warren Buffet video.
Thanks for sharing all that you do!!!
This young man will have lifelong friends. Thanks to him and Warren as always, a great question was turned into a timeless answer. Charlie Munger lives.
LEGENDS NEVER DIE
Talking about a modern day Saint, Charlie is one ... I am genuinely touched.
Two heads are always better than one, alone its not possible to really enjoy life, you can have group of freinds but you will always be close to just one or two
Wow!! He don't remember a time when they got mad on each other . I have always wondered about this ..that if they had disagreements and had some bad days and didn't speak to each other. That's incredible friendship.
Great question ❤️👏
Full of wisdom
What a godly advice ..... thank you Warren
What an awesome relationship between the two.
I think most of us have been looking for that great friend all our lives but never really found that person.
🥰So inspiring...rest in peace, Charlie. 99.9 years
I'm in love with Mr. Buffett 🤩😍🥰
hello, i started the last week and dont have experience at all in this binary world. I will try tomorrow the steps of this video, i will write you after i try it. Thank you for the video.
This is golden🙏🏼❤️RIP one of the greats!
Such a deeply profound question and it took a kid to be the one to ask it. Everyone’s opinion matters. That kid will go on to do great things
Beautiful question
Munger and Buffett have my utmost respect. However, as a person who has studied health and longevity for 10 years, I have to wonder........if Munger would have exercised and avoided the Coke, and See's Candies, would he have made it to 105 or 110? Most of the recent science says exercise, avoiding sugar, restricting your eating (i.e. Intermittent Fasting), etc., can add many years to your life. I guess we'll never know, but Charlie is one guy I wish would have stuck around for another 99.9 year.
He was very quiet his last few years. 😢 I work for Coca-Cola they both great 🥤🍔🍟
The young man know is stuff yup.❤😂
What stuff?
RIP Charlie. We miss you.
Blessed life. Wealthy. Lived to 90's.
Legendary investors 🎉🎉
Such a great question
Yeah I'm sure he was coached ahead of time...😂
Charlie will be missed .RIP 🙏
Wow what a response. You can tell he missed Charlie. I wish my closest bros talk about me like this whenever I go
5:00 Continuous learning
Wonderful question ... cool kid. Lovely answer.
Like this message if you miss Charlie 😇
Don’t tell me what to do
@@moosestache4936No need to get mad.
Warren is not the same without Charlie 🥲 amazing friendship ❤
Warren, Charlie and Thomas Sowell are the only people I wanted to meet😊
That reminded me of the scene from Good Will Hunting where he says his friends are dead philosophers.

RIP to Mr. Munger
I watched the full video of Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. I was impressed by how his position has remained fluid ever since he's been investing, and yet he still remains in the game. I've been following Buffett since 2019, and I've learnt so much from his personal investment style to earn myself five figures monthly in dividend income.
I was really moved when he unknowingly mentioned Charlie Munger. Their relationship was very deep. I've been following them both too, and they've really changed my investment philosophy and who I should invest with.
Mind sharing some of the philosophies you find most interesting?
My favorites by far are value investing and staying within your circle of competence or investing with someone who is competent. I'm a psychologist, so investing is not my competence, but I identify the best investors. The one I've worked with for the past couple years have made me more than $400k in net return.
Can I ask who you work with currently, if that's okay by you?
I'm hesitant to make recommendations like this online so I can't drop her contact here, but you could look her up yourself and contact her if you wish. Her name is Sharon Lynne Hart.

buffett: berkshire cash could reach $200b by end of q2
sound like Berkshire Hathaway over charges everybody to make a high profit
So if they're making money they must be doing something wrong? Got it.
