You never said what the results of your breathalyzer happened to be. Did they ever tell you? That is so typical in college towns with officers who are new on their job, too. Michelle Lewis they still never told me! I had to do an online course to get the charges dissolved from my record, and when I confronted one of the head officers at the station about the situation I was ignored. Super annoying but I learned a lesson regardless lol

This is shocking. With actions like this the police is sending a very wrong message to young people. In Germany they probably wouldn't care much or maybe nicely ask you to go home or sth if you behave peacefully.. Also getting tested randomly is not a common thing here
