The thing about the pictures really struck a cord with me. I realized that growing up there was this passive sort of judgement if you took a lot of pictures of yourself, or you wanted to look good in pictures. It was implied (at least around me growing up) that kind of behavior was vain or conceited and that was sort of ingrained in me was to just speak "humbly" about myself in pictures (which just ended up being negative self talk in the long run) and then also the stigma against teens taking selfies when I was growing up also really made me self conscious about wanting to take a good photo of myself if I felt pretty or thought I looked good.

I believe that it's so important to understand that not words of others but actually our thoughts make us unhappy. When you doubt yourself, you may get hurt because somebody basically confirmed your own unconsious opinion. On the contrary, if someone called you a unicorn with silver wings, you don't care as it's nonsence. The key to selflove is the same as it's with actual relationships- it's important to trust yourself, listen, learn from mistakes and take care.

Thank you so much! I struggle with being a people pleaser,bc i can't accept that not everyone can like me. I wanna make my friend group wider,but i just can't stop thinking about if people like me or not. Beautiful. I had such a problem with confidence, then on new Years 2020 I was doing my ceremony and Spirit came through and directed me to start a channel here to share and assist in people's awakening but I had such performance anxiety, especially on camera but after I told spirit they were crazy lol I accepted the challenge and i did subconscious reprogramming.
There were a few steps but I did an affirmation repeatedly and put it on a tape loop for sleep programming and it worked beautifully. It's my own using my "affirmation times 3" formula and if anyone wants to try it it's simply this. "I am now firmly in my power, I am calm, clear and confident always"....behold the power of repetition...that's how we get programmed into not being confident, that's how we can reprogram our own minds..repetition...
