👍 Nice tutorial, boss. I figured this technique out accidentally, when one time I sat my soldering iron down too close to a bethgon coal porter, and when I realized it, a section had already started sagging, LIKE A DENT, and it looked really authentic
Great stuff, I was talking to my wife about doing this and making a video and I think Google heard me, cause I fired up youtube and this was the first video that popped up, great stuff, I like your method, and if I do it ill credit the great Mr. Hall. Be safe out there.
I've got a Bernz-O-Matic torch I can use like your cigar lighter. I'll have to give this a try. Thanks for the tips. Spend all that $$ on a pristine and then partially destroy it. Seems weird, but it does make it looked used and abused. Cheers from eastern TN
Very nice technique. If you wanted to make a gash in the side you could put the tip of your hobby knife through one of the panels that was heated up real good. This is a very good way to make the car look used. Nice video. Stay well. -Wil 👍

Turned out good. I like it.
Now that’s pretty sweet work. I’ll need to try this for my future scrap yard.
Thanks for making this video. I just got a gondola and was wanting to dent it up a little, but wasn't sure how to do it.
Great video, got me wanting to try this on one of my gondolas. Looks great, good work E.H.!
