I have suffered with this as well. 2 major keys that helped, #1 Forgiveness, I prayed by myself and with spiritual leaders to forgive all those who hurt me and asked the Holy spirit to reveal any unforgiveness I had knowingly or unknowingly held on to. #2 Removal of any behaviors, relationships,etc that was out of the will of God. #3 Saturate you spirit with the things of God. Help me Father GOD with this anxiety I have a 10 year old daughter I have to care if. I’m a. Single father. Please get rid of this feeling. I’m Jesus name. Only you and I take meds and they help somewhat. It just comes out of nowhere. Every time I felt that I started quoting 2 Timothy 1:7 “ God do not give me the spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE AND A SOUND MIND!” I repeated that in my mind or out loud until that feeling left me. There's a scripture for everything we face! The word of the Lord is a 2edge sword. Use your sword!!!God gave us power and authority to trample over serpents and scorpions and All the powers of the enemy and neither of them shall do us any harm. Luke 10:19. You have dominion! I have suffered with this as well. 2 major keys that helped, #1 Forgiveness, I prayed by myself and with spiritual leaders to forgive all those who hurt me and asked the Holy spirit to reveal any unforgiveness I had knowingly or unknowingly held on to. #2 Removal of any behaviors, relationships,etc that was out of the will of God. #3 Saturate you spirit with the things of God. Perfect love casts out fear. Anxiety is fear. His presence and fear can’t exist in the same place. Praying for you! God is a deliverer🙌🏽
