I have a couple questions. 1. Do coding interviews prefer u to code in a specific language or not? 2. What resources did u use to study DSA? 3. How do you approach recruiters etc? What do you ask them and do you ask before you apply for a job at the company? 4. Where do you apply for beginner level swe positions? Like what websites, career fairs etc?
I so hate how everything you see about swe talks about making $200k total comp. But if you look up actual stats the average new grad will make closer to $60-70k
Too early to say, but it's alright. Assuming you're a new grad expect to commute to downtown Dallas 3-5 days/week. Otherwise there's also a nonzero chance your workplace is in Irving or Plano. Typical big company stuff, but TDP is somewhat insulated from it. I'll probably make a video about my experience at some point.
Short answer - college Long answer - I just couldn't focus on handling both content creation and my studies and learning on the CS and software engineering side of things. Now that I'm (mostly) done with school, I might get back into things, but I also want to re-evaluate how I approach Roblox development or interacting with the community.
This kid is young but already knows his stuff and is brutally proactive. He's already a man. Keep it going, mate.
Thanks for the words
Fantastic video. Amazing points summarised into good solid points.
Such great tips! Appreciate you got straight to the point and kept the info organized.
Really good , solid tips. I’m trying to get my first internship it’s so tough
Hope you land your internship! The first is always the most difficult.

$200k is near-impossible, $100k is difficult, somewhere in the 60-80 range (as you mentioned) is the most likely.
I know a guy that’s full stack and making 150 in Seattle for his first position. Seems possible for sure
@@magiic3871 Definitely possible! But there's also the consideration that the cost of living in Seattle is pretty high.
Any updates on the ATT job? I live in Richardson and would like to know if that is a worth wile company to work at. Thanks.

I have no coding skills at all :(
It's been 1 year. Have you improved? The only thing stopping you from becoming the best coder you can be is you. You only lose when you give up.
