Thank you Annemarie for spelling this lesson out for me. The way how you've presented it and the sentences you've applied in examples have all zeroed in on feeling excited to boost my English proficiency.
Although I've found all these 10 phrasal verbs as my favourites there are the ones I feel passionate about. They are to get ahead and go over. These days I'm making so many excuses and I feel shame of not being able to get ahead on my professional study. Hence I've given a commitment to go over my daily routine and get back on track immediately.
