British rock star Liam Gallagher and writer Liza Ghorbani are close to a settlement for the financial support of their 16 month old love child, Gemma. The talks were disclosed Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court, where Justice Laura Drager gave the couple three more weeks to agree on the details or else she and their lawyers will work out a schedule for a full-scale battle over child support.
