I remember in one of his last interviews he was asked what his favourite match was. He said "I haven't had it yet.". Heaven isn't ready for you Hayabusa. Fly high and fly free.
Wrestlers come and go. Talents show up, put on amazing shows and capture you for a time. And then you have people who come to us like Hayabusa and the late great Eddy Guerrero. For the rest of this, I will focus on Hayabusa. A man who truly embodied all that was great about the sport of wrestling. A man whose matches told a story. Whose matches you couldn't look away from. I will go back to matches of Hayabusa and to me that was wrestling at its pinnacle.
Sasuke and Ultimo Dragon did. but Hayabusa had SOMETHING about himself that put him on a different level, not techically but in some other, unseen way from Great Sasuke and Ultimo Dragon.
@@lordpardus7348I understand what you're saying, he just had some kind of aura & unspoken charisma about him that made him better than those two. Respect to all three tho.
So true it’s really aww inspiring and tender, it gives me this feel even though his in ring character was just a persona, it came from an incredibly vulnerable and courageous place in his heart.
One of the best ever. Its tragic how your career was cut short. Even though you have passed on you will fly forever in the hearts of true wrestling fans everywhere
Damn I remember this version from like 15 years ago, thanks for re-uploading it! Think it got deleted from RUclips a fair few years ago. The guitar is SICK!
I remember that video of him getting into the ring and standing up wearing the mask had me damn near sobbing. He was one of my favorite wrestlers and in inspiration to always overcoming adversity. Rest in Power Hayabusa...
Fuck that 2nd rope y'all. If it wasn't for that (at least that's what I believed back in 2001), then we'd be seeing the greatest out of this "out of this world" high flying athlete in Hayabusa. I'm glad that Will Ospreay donned the Hayabusa Outfit with the blessing from his daughter and the original creator of the mask and outfit. Truly an amazing wrestler back in the day. Surely, he will be missed for the longest time possible. RIP Hayabusa, you and Jinsei Shinzaki we're a tandem worth watching.
I just got done watching the FMW episode of "The Dark Side of the Ring", and had to come here after hearing a breif portion of his entrance music before his accident.
I remember downloading this on Limewire or Kazaa or something way back when Hayabusa was still wrestling. The file said it was called "Fight The Dream" and now, decades later, I find out it's "Fight with Dream." Interesting.
For whatever reason FMW once got HBK Shawn Michaels for one of their events but didn't book him against The Phoenix. Talked about missed opportunity for one of the greatest match in the lifetime.

One of the most badass and awesome theme songs ever, for one of the baddest ninjas walking. This gets me so hype every time I hear it
MY NINJA!!!!
The Falcon will always be flying. RIP
It was a sad, sad day when Hayabusa passed away. He was probably my favorite wrestler in all of FMW.
It was also a sad day when Eddie Guerrero died too I cried for days in 2005
To me, the best who EVER did it or could EVER DO inside the ring (my opinion so respect it) !
The dude was like a real life ninja and yes I’m comparing him to Ryu Hyabusa from Ninja Gaiden

@@ttakamioramahe truly was inspiring.. i dont think we get modern day wrestling without his contributions

Criminally underrated wrestler, RIP Hayabusa!
Only in the west.

Rest in Power Hayabusa...

Everything
Man now I wish I could have seen Hayabusa wrestle. I bet his entrance was as cool as Jinsei Shinzaki or better known as Hakushi.

That's a great song. Greetings from Veracruz, Mexico.

You could probably post this audio to the opening cutscene of Ninja Gaiden, Ryu's father dying and it would kick ass
The Phoenix flies again.
Will someone get the falcon into the hall of fame already

Can someone please sample this and make a hip hop beat out of it? 😂🙏
He clearly killed himself in the ring...😥
It was just an unfortunate 'botch', nothing else.
He was still alive for 17 years after that botch.
