Great reaction! As someone already mentioned this was recorded at Scandinavium in Gothenburg Sweden. The first thing he said in Swedish was. "You're allowed to make noise if you want to. It's completely okay." and the second time he speaks in the middle of the song he says "Scandinavium scream. Scream, Scream, Scream!"
I believe this is from a concert in Gothenburg Sweden called Sounds From the Heart of Gothenburg. Absolutely amazing show. And such a great group of guys. I met them just before the whole Covid shit hit the fan.
1:43 "GÖTEBORG!" (Gothenburg!) 4:26 "You are allowed to make some noise, it's totally okay." 5:46 "Scandinavium (name of the stadium in Gbg) scream!, Scream! Screeeaaam! ScreeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaauauuuuuuuuuuHH"
Hell yeah! This is, in my humble opinion, an absolute masterpiece of a song! It was originally one of the songs I actually wanted to request from you, so I'm glad to see someone else did it! :D Definitely also check out the studio version, though: There's a lot of tender emotion in Anders' voice that doesn't come through in this live version. And I'm gonna say this is one of those songs that are best as a studio recording, because the quiet parts adds to the emotional tension slowly being built up. A little bit of that gets lost here because of the crowd, along with the haunting tenderness of Anders' voice. So while it still sounds great live, definitely check out the studio version as well. ;)
It never occurred to me, but you're absolutely right! And me being a huge SH fan might explain why I think this is one of In Flames' best songs ever! ;D
yo man. been missing you doin some Angelmaker maybe if you're up for it, since they're consuming my life basically. 'Radiance in the light of a dying sun' or a more emotional ride with "Requiem" Love u brotha
Maaannn so tragic to watch a live version for the first time hearing this song! It truly doesn’t do it justice! A lot of emotion is lost unfortunately.
Amazing song. Thanks brotha!

This song gives me massive Silent Hill vibes, seriously could be a soundtrack in one of the games easily.
