❤❤ You got a plus for this one Mark I’m not just blowing smoke very few people can deliver it like you did. It was clean to the point. Well done awesome job. I look forward to seeing you around the nest later bro.❤
I was given a Hoveround MPV4 and am trying to get it working so that I can donate it to a neighbor in need. Problem is that the wheels are locked (won't turn); joystick lights up and I hear the motors trying to work to no avail. Is there a fix without having to replace both motors? Thank you in advance. BK
I would say best bet would be to get it into a store to have a tech look at it. There could be an easy fix or maybe a larger issue where you would have to replace both motors.
your post is 2 years old so I don't know if you still check comments. I have the hoverround and I am trying to work out transporting it. I have a Ford cmax with hatchback. The person who gave me the chair also gave a ramp to roll it up into the vehicle he has which is a Ford Flex. How can I determine the weight limits etc to be able to carry this chair in my car. Is it too heavy? Can I put my back seats down and use the ramp to get it up into my car? will it sit and not roll around? help please any information would be helpful. I have been searching everywhere for answers.
We do check our comments and thanks for asking. The total weight of the powerchair is 167 lbs so as far as your vehicle handling the weight it would be like another full grown person is in the car with you so I don't think it would be a problem. If the chair is in gear (yellow handles in the middle of the shroud down by your footrest) the chair should not roll, if its in neutral it will roll so make sure they are in gear. Now the question about putting your back seats down, the chair is 38" in length with the footrest folded up and its 24" wide and its 30" tall to the top of the joystick with the seat back folded down. You would have to measure your area in the vehicle its going to be to find out if it would fit.
