Everything just made sense.. ofcourse that’s THEIR messiah, Jesus, the letter J comes from their society! Whereas growing up in Africa I heard more Yahweh/ Yesu (short for Yeshua), normally from our house help who lived in compounds (poor areas) but my parents loved them the WM, so we went to a mixed (international) baptist church, and I never forget Sunday school teacher scolding me because I didn’t seal my prayer with ‘In Jesus name’
I was afraid.. yes small child being told your prayers haven’t been received by God because I never mentioned ‘In Jesus name’ at the end. Scared and confused!
But it makes sense now.. the catholics influenced the whole world and they were influencing a lot of Africans too. Forcing their beloved Roman celebrity as Gods very own, son. This is how Ancient Rome worked (only found out in adulthood) many of their rulers actually claimed to be gods/ godesses. The most famous one, Jesus, just happened to be the most popular, world wide!
The problem is the Euro colonizers ( and their descendants ) are trying to disrupt the root and paint it in their image. Everywhere these euro colonizers landed = to problems for the indigenous that welcomed them. If it never mattered then leave things how you found it. Stop trying to colonize and otherwise control Afrika, and stop trying to set our people against each other. From gangs, to political parties, to tribes... stop disrupting our ppl and culture. I was stationed in Germany for 6 years while in the military during the 80's , during my time there I made many friends. What I discovered was that they knew more about African history than anything I had ever learned in school in the USA. They showed me books from middle to high school where this history was intertwined with European history and so much credit was given to the Africans for their contributions to the world. I was told that this was MANDATORY education in school. Why not HERE? These books would be college level education here. Where I studied Shakespeare, an English playwright, in highschool, they studied Alexander Pushkin, a BLACK RUSSIAN playwright. I had never heard of him before then. Their museums also displayed this history. I was done.
I've been to Germany a dozen times. In school they also taught them about white slavery. The word "Slavic" comes from the word slave. White Christians were used a slaves by Islam and the Khazar's for hundreds of years. They still are till this day.

I can't find it at all.....if I could come across that 1 I'd be a happy camper. The only thing is I don't know which book is the right one. They remade it with bleached painted pictures and I do not want that but I'm unsure what the cover looks like for the real one.

You should try and upload the pages as pdf online. If the books over 100 years old there's no copyright (99% on this) and if it's 9000$ then that's a lot of info most people can't afford. If it were online it would just be a click away from viewing a soft copy. Spread the word.

In my travels to Europe I’ve visited some churches! Well I must say I was pretty shocked to see a brown skin Jesus, Mary and Joseph in a nativity scene! So I ask the person that was showing us around! These churches have crosses,goblets and bowls with real jewels in them! So that part was lock. So we could look but not touch them! So we ask why are the nativity people brown or black! And the lady said and I Quote”You poor American you have been deceived! There is no way These ppl would have had light or white skin. In that region of the world”!!!!

Yes, he's often depicted as a swarthy Caucasian in some artwork.
As a Greek our icons have a dark skinned Jesus which is something common in the eastern Mediterranean. I would assume he looked somewhat Arabic. But we never had a white blue eyed. Jesus at least in the churches I attended.

@@cfoster6804 I’m from America and no they are not. the problem is you go to the wrong Churches. If you was Orthodox or even Catholic then you’d likely know about them. Only Protestants would likely not know about these icons because they have no appreciation for tradition and have a preference for shallow modernity, they abandoned the chanting of the Psalms in favor of Christian Pop and Rock music and they abandoned Iconography for images of movie actors portraying Jesus. These Icons were not hidden it’s just that America is majority Protestant so you won’t see them in churches. You rarely see them In Catholic Churches but they do still appear in some of the more traditional churches. I’m in Pennsylvania where there are tons of Orthodox Churches so this really isn’t new to me.

I was blessed over 20+ years ago to be able to see this artwork in books and loved how it existed. School libraries use to have an abundance of art books focusing on different countries, but mainly Europe, depicting hundreds and maybe more, of statues and paintings of Madonna and child that were black. It was amazing.
