I run this FULL Akro system on mine, and by the numbers it is the best performing system for the Gen 2. Yes its quiet at idle, but when you open it up it comes alive quick. It gets brutally loud at about 5k, and doesn't stop all the way to 9500 RPM. Yes mine is flashed and other mods I keep to myself....
@@thatdrewguy2007 Always loved these machines. I'd buy one but I'm afraid I'm too short. My Harley has a 26" seat height. I read the VMAX has a 30" height My inseam is only 30" and I don't want to be on my toes at stop lights. Not on an engine like that. I wish it was lower a couple inches. It sucks having the want and the money and I can't ride the thing. Man, ride the Breakout one day ( a beautiful bike) and the VMax the next. Damnit !!! Having those 2 bikes on a trailer !!!! Oh yeah. That's right !! Keep your boat !! Lol
The thing I like about the Esper exhaust is the way it COVERS that ugly ass dirt bike gap between the rear fender and tire! Sounds great too. Voo Doo sounds great too.
I hate bot-narrated videos, especially when the bot is programmed to swear like a sailor. What's the point? Why are people so lazy, that they can't narrate their own videos with a real human voice?🙄
@ 50 seconds .... Iam not real sure if VMax and older weaker version should ever be put inthe same sentence EVER !!! you obviuosly never rode an Older Vmax in the 80's or early 90's .The "OLDER WEAKER " version ithink was still inthe top 3 fasted to 60 miles an hour now and a nippy 10.11 second 1/4 which was at the time of its build was fucking outrageous , Whish is stll fasyer than alot of sports bikes today ... Older Weaker , i dunno ?? ? ? ? ?.... On my MT01 tha is stage 2 tuned and geared i still cant leave an "Old Weaker " Version .. But i think my Next Bike will the 1700 VMax to sit beside the MT01
Pee Wee Gleason's fastest time on a stock VMax was 10.6 Most magazines at the time had the Vmax around low 11s -11.2 Was there a typo and you mean 11.1?
In 1985 this was a massive powerful motorcycle with 145 hp, definitely nothing around like that, even today still a hell of a motorcycle, honestly truly believe that you don't know enough about this 1st generation❗❗❗
And there's a difference I know a thing or two about this bikes, I own an 1985, 2000, 2012. ruclips.net/video/2ghrQDIDPf4/видео.htmlsi=YikTXq3-yYOTdObB
145 was at crank. BHP was 119. Awesome power especially when considering antiquated frame design handled like a shopping cart. 119 rear wheel HP put it in Super Bike power territory. My '87 Hurricane 1000 had 113 BHP. @@LuisF.Teixeira
The bot voice is unbearable in this video.
Listen to what all I hear is ur voice
Compilation with a lot of bla bla bla. Sorry
Yeah it’s pretty irritating sounds like one of those stupid robot voices off of those text to speech things or some thing
Esper exhaust sounds awesome
Voodoo by far the best, I have a set on my 2014 Max
I am looking at a Yamaha VMax that for sale and it has a custom 4 to 1 exhaust system on it.
Would you have a link to find a voodoo exhaust system? Thx.
🤷
The akrapovic have the dB killers installed. That's why they are quieter as they should be.

@johnmcaleese8459 it is possible to make them lower with an adaptor on the rear suspension. At the front you can lower him also a bit.
The script writer is amazing
The Akropovic has a gen1 max sound, it’s unique.

Sounds good to me
Where can you buy this 4 muffler Esper exhaust ?
Ebay sir.
@@BestCompilation427 That's a lot of exhaust sticking out but sounded like a monster
ESPER SOUNDS LIKE MY MODIFIED
1968 FIREBIRD / 400 - 4 SPEED !
They need to put their camera's closer too the exhaust so we can here the V-Max better!
Dam megamax the best
Hm cost
Great video Mr-fucking-bot 😂
Thank you, thank you very much 😁
You have forgotten the best :) DAM-Exhaust MegaMax full system, but maybe when you want to make a more better video!
Ok 🙈😁

I really hate the robot voice over

Foul mouthed video, absolutely unacceptable!
Weaker older version? I have a 1200 V Max that will rock that 1.
Assuming both are stock then no the older vmax is down about 60hp. Still a fast bike but the gen 2 are even faster.

Yep 😎
Its bad enough to have some stupid lame robot talking but now you have to listen to its profanity?! Ridiculous!
Pathetic use of swear works in an attempt to add "street cred", makes for a lame video.
