Edgecumbe residents on edge over return to homes

Frustrations continue to build amongst Edgecumbe residents as officials block their return to their flood ravaged homes. Although the cordon was lifted to 46 homeowners, the majority are still forbidden and for many the wait is becoming unbearable. Ripeka Timutimu has this story.
