    First one...raw anjeer subji..or palya
    ingredients....
    cut and boiled raw anjeer
    one onion cut pieces
    For grinding masala...coconut 1/4cup
    red chillies..5, jeera, mustard...half spoon
    fried chana 2 spoon, tamarind & salt to taste
    Boil raw anjur pieces in cooker. Grind all the ingredients raw in mixi and keep aside.
    Then take a pan ,put 3spoons of oil , put urad dal, mustard, jeera , curry leaves to splitter, next add onion fry it and add grind masala, add salt to taste, little turmeric, little jaggery to taste and fry it ..next add boiled anjur pieces and mix it thoroughly...If you want gravy , add little more water. Now it is ready to eat.

    Raw anjeer chutney:
    Fry 2 tablespoon of chana dal , add one spoon urad dal, after few minutes add curry leaves and 4 green chillies and fry until dal becomes golden colour. Next in a pan add one spoon oil, add onion pieces, 3,4 garlic fry it. Then add fried.dal and green chillies to it. Off the gas and put one small cup of boiled raw anjeer pieces. Add salt, tamarind to taste, grind it to smooth paste. Chutney is ready.

    Raw anjeer raita :
    Cot one onion in to small pieces and mash one cup of boiled raw anjur. Add one big cup.curd to it and add cut onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix it..If you want give one tadka....Anjeer.raita is ready to serve..
