As I’ve gotten older I get anxious flying now too. It’s interesting as someone who has flown so much my whole life. But anxiety monsters will latch on to the most random things sometimes. Ps. Don’t feel guilty for saying you’re doing good/in a happy season girl! People need to see people just be happy rather than always having something turbulent going on. This has been something I’m embracing in my 30’s. My friends call and ask how I am and it’s so refreshing to just say “good, really good”. 🫶🏽

My husband and I are in the same housing situation living with my parents, and watching your videos has made me feel more confident about that wise financial decision while paying off student debt and saving for a house. 🌮 Another vote for taking an extra day between vacation and going back to work if possible. I did just that today after a week down in Disney. Definitely needed space between getting home this weekend and going back to work tomorrow. Congrats on the upcoming wedding! Fall weddings in New England are the best ❤
Love your advice. I have a small suggestion to help with post vacation blues: take an extra day off so you can settle back in before going back to work. I know for me, I need to come down from the rush of getting back home.
