disney world invited me on a fitcation? (rundisney, sunrise yoga, moana fitness class, pickleball)

WOW what an insane week at Walt Disney World! It was such an amazing few days and I am so grateful to have learned all about how to incorporate fitness, health, and wellness into a Walt Disney World vacation. Come with me as I play pickle ball at Disney's Boardwalk In, do a Moana inspired workout class at Disney's Polynesian village, run the RunDisney Wine and Dine 5k, do a sunrise yoga and meditation at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark, get pedicures from Disney's Grand Floridian Spa, see We The Kings perform at EPCOT, stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (my favorite Disney resort hotel!), and sooo much more. This was such an amazing trip and I'm so grateful I have you to share it with. Thank you soooo much for being here.
