Yes, Heart of Ice is probably the best villian origin in Batman the Animated Series, there are a couple others that come really close although, I might cover some of them in other videos. Mr. Freeze is definitely the most tragic of them although.
I grew up watching every single episode as a kid on tv.Him and baby doll has always struck a cord with a me.I also miss how Roshambul addresses Batman as detective instead of Batman and he nevered corrected him for that.The writing in the show was good.If they ever do a live action reshoot,they need to keep the original writing because it is good.My favorite detective show.
That must have been incredible growing up watching Batman the Animated Series, I wasn't alive when this show came out and I didn't watch it as a kid. The writing is truly incredible and timeless.

Mr freeze is My favorite character of all time
He is a truly facinating character with a lot of depth.
