    From the start of the video to 4:30 what this recipe just did is create homemade Laban, or Yogurt. You could use this recipe to just make Yogurt if you want!
    IMPORTANT: This also means that if you already have Yogurt, you can just skip all those steps to make Labneh easily! What my mother does is take yogurt, spread it on a plate and cover it with paper towels overnight next to the sink, with the corner leading into the sink so that the paper towel absorbs the liquid and drains it into the sink, creating a thick and creamy Labneh to have for breakfast the next day!
