Some of the changes that are being made are making me rethink being a consultant and having a Scentsy club. With the increase in prices for licensed bars, my club cost will go up at least $15.00 a shipment. Thank you for your video! I truly enjoy watching your reviews😊
Agree 100% if we are paying $10 to ship they need to ship it properly. And then uping the cost on items is crazy. So no more washer whiffs for me unless I get for free in a party closeout. Candy Orchard is beautiful warming!!
**Warning: Incoming Rant** - These changes in shipping and the price increases, I'm very unhappy about. What I am most unhappy about however, is the new "fee" line that is showing up on my Scentsy Club page. Just in case you've not seen it, it is hidden under the "estimated tax" line - meaning you have to click on estimated tax in order to see it. Scentsy Support's response was "I have no idea what it is or why it is there". Really?! REALLY?! I can tell you now, I've already started the process (with great success I might add) of finding replacements in the vendor wax world for what I have in my Scentsy Club. If changes need to be made, perhaps those changes need to start at the home office and at the very TOP!!! Rant over. Thank you, Michelle for another great video and for always being open and honest about the products and experiences with Scentsy.

Huh. Well that is interesting. I just checked my club to see if I can see it too, and I can. It says on mine - on the “fee” line - $0. HOWEVER, when I calculate what my total should be, it’s $3.85 more.

The situation in Houston is absurd. I have yet to get 2 Rose Girls packages that have been sitting in a North Houston distribution center for 7 days. Another package sat at the Missouri City distribution center for 10 days! I’m so over USPS.
Great haul. I ordered my bbmb at 2 am my time on January 1st. I called on the 9th because nothing. They shipped fed ex that night. Got the 12th. So are consultants being put on the back track for shipping because all my customer got theirs first. So I get roughly 2 weeks before bbmb ends. Sorry rant about shipping over. Yeah I wouldn’t be ordering in the summer if that happens. Thanks for addressing.
I have so many issues with FedEx! My driver is insane. I’ve started having my Scentsy orders shipped to an access point and it’s been much better. Recently I had an order of just 6 bars and they shipped them in a PADDED MANILA ENVELOPE. 85 degrees, no ice pack, no mylar pouch, nothing! This has happened twice! I was shook I’ve never seen that ever!
Same on all parts. I had 6 bars of Beach sent the same way. The one bar opened up and it was a mess. I can rarely count on packages to come on time if they are coming by FedEx.
My packages usually come via FedEx. I placed an order during the flash sale, so I will see how that ships. I’m only a few states away from Scentsy headquarters, so I get my packages relatively quickly with FedEx. I prefer FedEx vs UPS and USPS in my area. With those two I get my packages usually late in the day and in the summer that makes me anxious. Right now I have a package sitting at my distribution center for the past 3 days with no updates. In my same city. So I hope Scentsy doesn’t change the shipping for everyone. FedEx has been delivering them much earlier. I hope the shipping situation improves for all.
I couldn’t smell lots of lavender warmed at all. Candy orchard was very light as well. Thanks for another great video.

I love the whole Mardi Gras collection. It’s been my fav collection as a whole in a while. 💯 agree on shipping. It feels like a lack of concern for quality control from my view. The last 3 months have been awful for me with Scentsy shipments. Fed ex has been the worst. I called Scentsy and was told starting this year they are exclusively using Fed Ex. I’m in Florida and feel the same about Fed Ex shipping and proper care of the wax products in particular. They often stall shipment in warehouses and on trucks for days. This will ruin wax by randomly holding it on trucks in climates like ours during late spring and summer months. I don’t think I’m going to order in the summer months for just that reason. It’s a bummer but I feel like it’s too much of a gamble and I have not experienced it being easy to get resolution.
Im going to buy sale items for whiffs, etc. Many of the items are getting too expensive
