Story of persistence, dedication and patience! Can you both (Nilay and Chintan) sometime, please speak about why it took 2+ years after your CPL to become a Jr. First officer even with being in your airline's Cadet program please? That would give us some idea of the kind of challenges one can face after CPL in addition to the obvious one of waiting for a job opening.
i have a query,after completing my training as a cadet. i)Do we need to pay for line training? if yes how much ? ii)Do we need to sign for employement bond again paying 30lakhs ?
