I've pinned the wrong Notes on Prive, I've realised that i actually repeated the notes for Champaca for Prive unfortunately 🤦♀️. Apologies for any confusion there. .

You have me super intrigued about that Green Butterfly - ironically I had a chance to smell it in Europe but I could not smell it because of my dang nose! 😭 Champaca - I have a travel size I must explore that now I’m in the warmer weather! ❤
The only Ormonde Jayne I liked was Vanille d’Iris. Beautiful wears. 🌹
I remember trying Vanille D' iris, didn't work for me unfortunately, as I'm fussy with iris generally. But there are many beautiful fragrance from Ormonde Jayne 👍

So many great fragrances! I follow Sarah Mayes, and she made me a bit intrigued with Ikiryo, but she also mentions a house called Untamed. I think I will need to look into these houses in the autumn, I always feel like I want perfumes that provides some melancholy and a bit of mystery in this season, and both of those houses seems to give off those feelings.
Sarah is lovely, I've not heard of Untamed. I need to catch up on that one. Yes, a good fragrance invokes some mystery and intrigue 👍. Thanks for watching xxx

I’ve been loving my Ormonde Jaynes for the last several months! Loving Champaca and Frangipani the most. I picked up Prive this year and love it also.

That snowball looks incredible. The run through of Ikiryo sounds interesting. I love the names….i wish more niche brands did more creative names like that. I used to own Prive but it got decluttered away. I couldn’t remember why. I need to resample OJ Woman and Man again. And the Lanvin was always on my radar but I didn’t want to blind buy it without knowing what it smells like. Your impressions sounds interesting…i am a bit wary of tea notes so i might try looking for a decant instead. And about OJ’s response, i think its a big turn off when luxury brands do not respond professionally. I’ve seen a few doing that and its quite surprising… you would think they should know marketing and communication 101 and the power of leaving an impression.
Thanks so much. Yes, i think many brands are probably too pressured to make mass appealing products instead of releasing some real passion and vision behind a fragrance. The response from Ormonde Jayne was a little disappointing. Especially as they saw my message, but chose to deal with it a month later. I was polite about the labelling situation and was simply making them aware of the mishap. But they seemed so uninterested. Maybe they wanted to keep it nonchalant so that they didn't have to put any extra energy into it. Not impressed by them at all.
Eclat D Aparge is a very likeable easy scent. A 30ml can be found for under £20 so fingers crossed you can pick up a bottle 🤞 xxx

I bought Prive a few months ago and mine arrived with no label either! Just a plastic sticker with "Prive" on it - clearly unfinished. Never heard back from the brand though :/ interesting to hear it wasn't just me!!
That's so naughty. They really aren't great in the labelling department. Kinda off putting towards the brand really.
Wonderful reviews/ video Lizzie as always describing fragrance in such a interesting in-depth way said it before but could listen to you for hours,

Two indie brands yes, what's happening to me. 🤣 the difference in creativity is very evident. Perhaps I'll start delving more into that category.
Byron is hit and miss, but i do have my sights on Black Dragon for the upcoming autumn and winter, so we'll see what happens there. I'm getting taste for sweet smokey scents. . Speaking of which, wearing Alice again today. . Omg. This could be my next lizzie signature

If your going to be influenced, Cherie is a pretty good influence. 😉Although her love of Tuberose hasn't rubbed off on your taste preferences.
Champaca Sounds interesting and worth a test. Second skin scents are a nice thing to have in the warmer weather.
Your experience with the Ikiryo samples is quite different than Claire. It just shows how differently we can interpret scent and how skin chemistry can effect a perfume. So interesting! I am going to watch Claire's live when I have a bit more time. I think Ikiryo fragrances sound magical. Do you think you will add any to your wardrobe?

The Ikiryos are very magical of though provoking indeed. And it's more fun that we have different perspectives of the scents, claire is great at identifying notes, wish i could do that. Lol
Cherie is wonderful, I've always got my eye on her perfume choices and new findings. Champaca is lovely! So much tamer than i assumed it to be.
No label... Well a Nike Tshirt without a tick is merely a Primark tshirt 🤣 there is no point in thst comment. A shame tho, we want the full package
