Somebody, i think, tied cinder blocks to their feet a supposedly jumped into the lake.
they wouldn't know how 2 do that as it was a place 4 ppl with mentel problems .they tended 2 just walk in2 the lake and drown ,I worked there in the 70 / 80s.thinking about detecting it
