Clearly explained sir!..every other youtubers are just putting "sweet" thumbnails to attract viewers by misguiding them by unrealistic returns on long term investing in stocks who've already grown 10 times...Vivek sir has given the transparent and smartest process of creating wealth.
My thoughts: this strategy sounds great and I believe it should work too. However, , many time emotions play a crucial roles and you may not selling at 15% profit when you see, same share went up to 30% profit. So this timing things always confuse and tends to make mistake in our decisions. As a salaried person I believe don't exit great business at 15-20% profit rather stay with them and keep adding stocks whenever they come around 200DMA. This strategy will gives return very close to swing strategy. I did a back testing and I found return between this one and swing strategy has hardly 5% variance. However going one way is 100x simple strategy than doing swing. Since swing demands timing market and gives you regreat when you booked profit @15% but share jump to 40% and so...This is my simple thought and i found it best strategy and suitable to me as salaried person!!

Your strategy is good but Vivek sir's strategy is great for volatile markets when you need to reinvest your profits from one stock (after 10-15% gains) into another blue chip stock which is at 200DMA.
And there are plenty of blue chip stocks which will be at 200DMA for buying at any given point of time.
Along with DMA one should also look at RSI for entry and exit.
What is the expected Annualised return using this strategy??

Agree with your point, but not 100% because not all time the stock will give the price correction, most of the time they give time correction. And also if you exit in 15-20% and after that if the stock went to 50-60% it's not good. It's better to sit on your investment with great fundamental companies till they are doing well as per your criteria. I know in stock market all will not go in one direction everyone need to go by his own way. Anyways for some cases it might be correct

I have different stratergy.. Every month when market goes down. I purchase top company share... & sell with min. 2℅ profit.. Thats not big deall to gain just 2℅ in month... But as you said compounding is magic... & in this case you will get 27℅ growth in 1 year... I am following this statergy from last 2 years... & in most of case i had achieved my target... & after i stop for next month
can u pls give some examples. from below comments stocks like RIL kept going up, by selling at 2% we can't get buy at lower price, more buying and selling causing more charges & 15% taxes

select good company which CAGR is above 20% in last 10 years and price are near 52 week low....just buy and sit.
invest only 5-10% of your total portpolio in any particular stock...and always keep 20-30% cash for...if correction come more than 20-30% in Nifty than put that money in the same stock that yoy have in your portpolio.
now wait for upward movement.

My biggest confusion is that when to book profit
1> at 15 % profit [ whenever I book profit at 15 % the stocks goes up to 40 %]
2> hold long for 40 % minimum profit [ whenever I go for this strategy my stocks correct from 15% to minus percent ]

The STCG will be of 15% on profit. if we hold for more than year it will be 10% . But we need to think that we are earning much more by swing trading.

I agree with this fact. However, just to add one point here is that every company has different returns potentials. Such as fmcg or bank stocks in largecap generally give 18-20% annual return whereas IT or chemical stocks can give more than 25% cagr. Hence, conclusion is to maximize your returns % trade in high growth stocks such as ASTRAL, Polycab, Mindtree, Bajaj finance, chemical stocks. They will be more volatile in nature but returns will also be more than other companies.
That's right big stocks sometims stay dead for log time.

One more benefit of this strategy is that if market goes down like April 20 then one can buy at 40% to 50% down prices. Best strategy is to sell at 30% higher and reinvest.
