+Hawt Dawg I look at goku ssgss and ssj2 goku compared to this drawing and they arent alike, the arms are too short, body length from neck to waist is extremely short, and much more, its a good drawing but their are more flaws to it than there are good things.

finnaly looked back on the video (ive been replying through the little bell thing on youtube and I cant see jack in the small thumbnail) and I can kinda see how the hand is out of porportion, the forearm on the right hand is SLIGHTLY bigger than the left, still dont know what you're talking about with the body though.
